my weekend was spent in JB, temporary stop before we (me+lisa) headed to Singapore, attending our 1-week-training. since lisa wants to attend yanz's engagement, so we choose to drive, instead of direct flight to spore.. rather adventorous eh?
and nan + jasmil happened to be in pontian, sanggup lak turun Danga Bay (seberang jalan je dr umah lisa tu heheh)... really an interesting place, u guys should go there.. u can see singapore really close on the other side and the sunset was enchanting! really looking forward to go there again.. anybody wanna join?

This is a combined project between dja and nasra.
Nasra's comments:
We had an outrageously fun weekend in Janda Baik and we'd like to... ehem, make you ppl jealous by showing off the fun time we had there 
A little intro before we move on to the pics. This activity was impromptu, at least for us, but it was worth it. At 11 am on a lovely Sunday, 9th of January 2005, we headed for my uncle's getaway house in Janda Baik. We arrived and saw at least 6 cars, one trooper and an MPV parked near the house. Twas a full house indeed!
It so happened that my uncle wanted to clean up the pond that day. Its where cousins and friends used to fish for jelawat, talapias and even patins. We let the men fill up the position 
By the time most of the water is gone, fish were scooped out from the pond. We ladies bakar and goreng them for lunch. Apart from lunch, we also had teatime, plus durians, from my uncle's orchard. We took loads of pics, until my camera dah takde memory space. Only some are published here. Enjoy them as much as we enjoy being there

This is one of the best getaway i ever go to.. only 40 minutes away from KL.. thanks to nasra's uncle warm welcome, making me part of the event 
Despite having mud splattered on my newly-washed car and the tricky curvaceous road along the way (sure made nasra cling to the dashboard while i was driving heh), the trip was really splendid and a memorable one... eases me off the polluted city air
Since nasra's comment is already describing in overall, i just add in the small2 things.. actually we missed the part where all the water being sucked out of the pond... on arriving, its already dried up and only 'big haruan' seems to be swimming all over the pond hehehe..
Things to remember by:
1. newly appointed 'paparazzi' of the family.. u know who
2. the most delicious ever, auntie ami's cheesecake... yumm!
3. 'big haruan'
4. cute kampung durians
5. word of wisdom: wash ur car AFTER ur outing, heheh
well i guess the pictures tell the story better, cause i'm one lousy writer.. enjoy them guys!

Nasra's engagement

Nasra, a dear friend i knew since our study years in UPM.. gone through many thick and thin with her.. she got engaged on last christmas day... attended by her relatives and few 'bestest' girl friends..everything seems like soo sweet and nice.. everybody seems very happy and relieved to see the event running smoothly..

Thanks nasra for the last 4 pictures update.. that completes the entry And again, congratulations for being engaged... did i said u were so pretty then? looking forward to the real event next year, won't be that long eh?
p/s: nasra, really loved the hantaran! so sweet, mesti sayang giler nak bagi kat pihak lelaki kan?

actually this is considered annual event for ex-smsah... dah bukan jejak kasih dah... but still everytime jumpa, mesti byk cerita2/ update menarik dr kengkawan.. also nmpk variety of status... yg dah jadi parents, bakal parents, yg dok hangat bercinta, x kurang jugak yg 'single again' heheh... but the most important thing is, everybody is having a great time together, better than those days back in jenan
